A word-for-word translation of 'আমার পক্ষে সম্ভব না'. It is correct English but sounds like an official letter, so a friend hears it as cold.
I have no time.
I don't have time this week. / I'm a bit tied up right now.
'I have no time' sounds absolute, as if you never have time for the person. Adding 'this week' or 'right now' limits the no to this one occasion.
Sorry, I am busy in a work.

Bangla says 'কাজে ব্যস্ত' with the locative -এ, so 'in' feels right. English uses 'busy with' + noun or 'busy doing' + verb, and 'work' takes no article here.

Maybe I'll come. / I'm not sure yet — I'll let you know by tomorrow.
Maybe (perhaps) is one word; 'may be' is a verb ('It may be true'). And if you already know you cannot go, a vague 'maybe' is heard as a promise to reply later.

In Bangla the tone softens a flat 'পারব না'. English carries politeness in the words themselves, so a bare no with nothing before or after it lands as a refusal of the person, not the request.

- Offer an alternative when you can: 'Not Friday, but I'm free on Sunday.' — পারলে বিকল্প দিন: 'Not Friday, but I'm free on Sunday.'
- Refuse food or drink with 'No, thank you' — never a bare 'No'. The 'thank you' is what makes it polite. — খাবার বা পানীয় ফেরাতে বলুন 'No, thank you' — শুধু 'No' নয়। 'thank you'-ই ভদ্রতাটা আনে।
