আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার EnglishBD অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সব ডেটা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। You can permanently delete your EnglishBD account and all associated data at any time.

📱 অ্যাপ থেকে (From the app)

  1. EnglishBD অ্যাপে সাইন ইন করুন
  2. Profile → Account → Delete Account চাপুন
  3. সতর্কবার্তা পড়ে নিশ্চিত করুন — অ্যাকাউন্ট সাথে সাথে মুছে যাবে

💻 ওয়েব থেকে (From the web)

  1. app.englishbd.com/account এ সাইন ইন করুন
  2. Delete account অংশে গিয়ে DELETE লিখে নিশ্চিত করুন

অ্যাপ uninstall করে ফেললেও এই পথে মুছতে পারবেন। Works even if you have uninstalled the app.

✉️ সাহায্য লাগলে (Need help?)

সাইন ইন করতে না পারলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের email ঠিকানা থেকে support@englishbd.com এ deletion request পাঠান — আমরা যাচাই করে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেবো।

কী কী মুছে যায় (What gets deleted)

  • Login অ্যাকাউন্ট (email + password) — account credentials
  • প্রোফাইল (নাম, username) — profile information
  • শেখার সব অগ্রগতি, lesson history, points/streak — all learning data
  • Push notification token — device registrations
