A good interview answer has three parts: a short direct answer, one specific example, and a link back to the job. Roughly sixty to ninety seconds — long enough to show something, short enough that they don't stop listening.

What is your strength?** — একটা গুণ, একটা উদাহরণ। **৪. What is your weakness?** — সত্যি একটা দুর্বলতা + সেটা নিয়ে কী করছেন। 'আমি খুব পরিশ্রমী' বলবেন না, সবাই বোঝে এটা এড়ানো। **৫. Why should we hire you?** — তারা কী চায় আর আপনার কী আছে, মিলিয়ে দিন। **৬. Where do you see yourself in five years?** — এই প্রতিষ্ঠানেই বেড়ে ওঠার কথা বলুন। **৭. Tell me about a difficult situation** — পরিস্থিতি, আপনি কী করলেন, ফল কী হলো। **৮. Do you have any questions?** — সবসময় হ্যাঁ। একটা প্রশ্নও না থাকা মানে আগ্রহ নেই। ইংরেজি নিখুঁত না হলেও চলবে, কিন্তু উত্তর যেন নির্দিষ্ট হয় — সংখ্যা, নাম, ঘটনা।

'Tell me about yourself' is a professional question, not a biography. Family and birthplace belong nowhere in it.

Interviewers hear the fake answer several times a day. A real weakness with a real fix reads as maturity.
I want this job because your company is very good and famous.
I want this job because you handle B2B clients, which is what I want to specialise in.
Generic praise shows you did not read about them. One specific detail does more than three compliments.

Yes — what does success look like in this role after six months?
Having no question suggests you are not really interested, or have not thought about the job at all.

- Prepare answers to those eight questions and say them out loud — not in your head — at least five times. — ওই আটটা প্রশ্নের উত্তর তৈরি করে জোরে বলুন — মনে মনে নয় — অন্তত পাঁচবার।
- Put a number in every answer you can. '22,000 followers' is remembered; 'many followers' is not. — যেখানে পারেন সংখ্যা রাখুন। '22,000 followers' মনে থাকে, 'many followers' থাকে না।
- If you don't understand a question, ask for it again. It is far better than answering the wrong one. — প্রশ্ন না বুঝলে আবার জিজ্ঞেস করুন। ভুল প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়ার চেয়ে অনেক ভালো।

What if my English is weak — should I ask to answer in Bangla?
If the job needs English, asking to switch usually ends the interview quietly. Better to speak simple, correct English slowly. Short clear sentences beat complicated ones you cannot finish.
Should I memorise my answers word for word?
No. Memorised answers collapse if you are interrupted, and they sound recited. Memorise the three points of each answer and let the words change each time.
How do I answer 'What is your expected salary?'
Give a range based on what the role pays in the market, and say you are flexible for the right opportunity. Refusing to answer at all frustrates interviewers.
I have no work experience. What do I say?
Use university projects, volunteering, tuition you gave, a family business you helped in. Experience means anything where you were responsible for a result — not just paid jobs.
