Renting a flat in English comes down to five questions: how much is the rent, what does it include, how much deposit, when can I see it, and when can I move in. Ask those five and you have the whole conversation with a landlord or an agent.

How much is the rent?
Bangla 'ভাড়া কত?' works with no verb at all. An English question still needs its verb — 'is'.
The flat is in the third floor.
The flat is on the third floor.
Floors take 'on' in English. Bangla uses the locative 'তলায়', which maps onto 'in' and pulls the wrong preposition across.
How much advance do you want?
How many months' deposit do you want?
In English 'advance' usually means money paid early against pay or an order. The money a landlord holds is a deposit — and 'how many months' fits a countable noun better than 'how much'.
I will shift in this flat next month.
I'll move into this flat next month.
'Shift' for changing house is local usage; the English verb is 'move'. And you move into a place, not 'shift in' it.
I want to see the flat in tomorrow.
I'd like to see the flat tomorrow.
Today, tomorrow and yesterday take no preposition when they say when something happens — 'see the flat tomorrow', never 'in tomorrow'. ('By tomorrow' is a different meaning: a deadline.) 'I want' is also blunt for a first phone call — 'I'd like' is the polite form.
This flat's rent is too much high.
The rent is a bit too high for me.
'Too much' cannot sit in front of an adjective: say 'too high', or 'a bit too high' to soften it. If you want it stronger, 'much' goes first — 'much too high'.

The owner who rents out the property is the landlord, or landlady if she is a woman. You, the person renting, are the tenant, and the person who looks after the building (দারোয়ান) is the caretaker.
Is 'advance' the right English word for অগ্রিম?
Not in this situation. The money a landlord holds against damage or unpaid rent is a deposit (or security deposit). 'Advance' in English usually means money paid early against wages or an order.
Do I say 'in the third floor' or 'on the third floor'?
'On the third floor'. Floors take 'on' — on the ground floor, on the top floor. The Bangla locative 'তলায়' is what makes 'in' feel right.
How do I ask the landlord to lower the rent?
