I make my homework and then I do the bed.
I do my homework and then I make the bed.
It is 'do homework' and 'make the bed'. English chooses 'do' or 'make' by fixed habit, so learn these pairs together.
I wash the floor with a broom.
I sweep the floor with a broom.
A broom is for sweeping (dry dust). You 'mop' or 'wash' the floor with water and a cloth or mop.
She is doing the cloths.
She is doing the laundry / washing the clothes.
The activity of washing clothes is 'the laundry'; note the spelling 'clothes' (not 'cloths', which are cleaning rags).
I cleaned the dishes after dinner.
I washed the dishes / did the dishes after dinner.
The set phrases are 'wash the dishes' or 'do the dishes'. 'Clean the dishes' is understood but sounds unnatural.

What is the difference between 'housework' and 'chores'?
They are very close in meaning. 'Housework' is the general work of cleaning and running a home. 'Chores' are the individual small jobs that make up that work, such as washing the dishes or taking out the rubbish. Note that 'housework' is uncountable — we say 'a lot of housework', not 'a housework'.
When do I use 'do' and when 'make' for household jobs?
Use 'do' for general activity and cleaning: do the housework, do the laundry, do the dishes, do the cooking. Use 'make' when you create or produce something: make the bed, make dinner, make a mess. These are fixed pairs, so it is best to learn them by heart.
What is the difference between 'sweep' and 'mop'?
