TH: think, this, three, brother
TH-এর দুটি ধ্বনি বাংলায় নেই, তাই think হয় tink বা sink, আর this হয় dis। দুটো TH আলাদা: think-এ গলা কাঁপে না, this-এ কাঁপে।
জিভ আর ঠোঁট কোথায় থাকবে
জিভের ডগা দুই পাটি দাঁতের মাঝখানে সামান্য বের করুন — অস্বস্তি লাগবে, ওটাই ঠিক লক্ষণ। এবার বাতাস ছাড়ুন: গলা না কাঁপলে think, three, month; গলা কাঁপলে this, that, brother। জিভ দাঁতের পিছনে থাকলে T বা D বেরিয়ে আসবে।
