Bangla puts the "না" on the second verb: "আমি মনে করি এটা ঠিক না." Translate word for word and you get "I think it is not right" — grammatical, but not how English does it. English pulls the negative forward: "I don't think it's right." Same meaning, and the second one sounds like an opinion rather than a ruling.
বাংলা "না"-টা বসায় দ্বিতীয় ক্রিয়ায়: "আমি মনে করি এটা ঠিক না।" শব্দে শব্দে অনুবাদ করলে হয় "I think it is not right" — ব্যাকরণে চলে, কিন্তু ইংরেজি এভাবে বলে না। ইংরেজি না-বাচকটাকে সামনে টেনে আনে: "I don't think it's right." অর্থ এক, কিন্তু দ্বিতীয়টা শুনতে মতামতের মতো লাগে, রায়ের মতো নয়।

An opinion in English has two parts: a phrase that marks it as yours, and the point itself. The marking phrase does real work — it tells the listener this is open to argument, which is exactly what makes people willing to argue with it politely.
ইংরেজিতে মতামতের দুটো অংশ: একটা বাক্যাংশ যা বলে দেয় এটা আপনার মত, আর মূল কথাটা। ওই বাক্যাংশটা সত্যিকারের কাজ করে — শ্রোতাকে জানায় যে এটা নিয়ে তর্ক করা যায়, আর ঠিক এই কারণেই মানুষ ভদ্রভাবে তর্ক করতে রাজি হন।

শুরুর বাক্যাংশগুলো একবারে গুছিয়ে নিন, কারণ শুধু "I think" দিয়ে পুরো আলোচনা চালালে শুনতে একঘেয়ে লাগে। সাধারণ: "I think…", "In my opinion…", "I feel that…"। ব্যক্তিগত জোর দিতে: "Personally, I…", "If you ask me…", "As far as I'm concerned…"। নরম বা অনিশ্চিত: "It seems to me that…", "I'd say…", "I'm not an expert, but…"। জোরালো: "I'm convinced that…", "I strongly believe…"। আর যে দুটো ইংরেজিতে হয় না: "According to me" (according to শুধু অন্যের তথ্যের জন্য — according to the report) আর "In my point of view" (হয় "From my point of view", নয়তো "In my view")। এরপর সেই না-বাচকের নিয়মটা, যেটা বাংলাভাষীদের জন্য সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। think, believe, suppose, expect — এই ক্রিয়াগুলোর সাথে ইংরেজি না-বাচকটা প্রথম ক্রিয়ায় বসায়: "I don't think he's coming." "I don't believe that's true." "I don't suppose we'll finish today." "I think he is not coming" ব্যাকরণে ভুল নয়, কিন্তু অনেক বেশি জোরালো ও রূঢ় শোনায় — যেন আপনি বিষয়টা নিয়ে রায় দিয়ে দিলেন। আর সংক্ষিপ্ত উত্তরে: "I don't think so." — "I think that no" ইংরেজিতে হয় না। মতামত দেওয়ার পরের ধাপটা আমাদের এখানে সবচেয়ে কম শেখানো হয়: কারণ। "I think we should start early" বলে থামলে বাক্যটা অসম্পূর্ণ থেকে যায়। কারণ জোড়ার শব্দ: "because", "since", "the reason is that…"। উদাহরণ জোড়ার শব্দ: "for example", "for instance", "take last month —"। আর অন্য দিকটা স্বীকার করতে: "I know it costs more, but…", "That's a fair point, although…"। মতামত + কারণ + একটা উদাহরণ — এই তিনটে থাকলে যেকোনো ভাষায় কথাটার ওজন বাড়ে, আর IELTS speaking-এর দ্বিতীয় ও তৃতীয় অংশে পরীক্ষক ঠিক এই কাঠামোটাই খোঁজেন। শেষে একটা সুরের কথা। আমাদের স্কুলে রচনা লেখা শেখানো হয় চূড়ান্ত নিশ্চয়তার ভাষায় — "নিঃসন্দেহে এটাই সর্বোত্তম", "It is undoubtedly the best solution"। কথ্য ইংরেজিতে এই সুরটা অতিরিক্ত শোনায়, আর মানুষ ভাবেন আপনি আলোচনার জায়গা রাখছেন না। উল্টো দিকে, বেশি নরম হয়ে গেলেও ক্ষতি — "maybe", "I don't know", "just my opinion" বারবার বসালে মনে হয় আপনি নিজের কথায় বিশ্বাস করছেন না। মাঝামাঝি জায়গাটাই কাজের: একটা পরিষ্কার মত, একটা কারণ, আর শেষে দরজা খোলা রাখার একটা লাইন — "But I'd like to hear what you think."

'According to' is for other sources, not yourself. Use 'In my opinion' or 'I think' for your own view.
I think that no.
I don't think so.
To disagree with an idea, say 'I don't think so', not 'I think no'.
In my point of view, it's true.
From my point of view, it's true.
The fixed phrase is 'from my point of view', not 'in my point of view'.
I am think it is good.
I think it is good.
'Think' here is a simple present verb — 'I think', not 'I am think'.
