কুরিয়ার বা ডাকঘরের ফরম প্রায় সব সময় ইংরেজিতে থাকে, আর একটা ঘর ভুল পূরণ করলে জিনিস হারায় বা ফেরত আসে। মনে রাখার মতো দুটি শব্দ: sender মানে যিনি পাঠাচ্ছেন, recipient মানে যিনি পাবেন — উল্টে গেলে পার্সেল উল্টো দিকে যায়। আর ঠিকানা বদলালে forwarding address রেখে যেতে হয়, shifting address বলে কিছু নেই।
