Model Paragraph (189 words)
A rainy day is a day when rain falls from morning till evening without a long break. In Bangladesh such days belong mostly to the monsoon, from June to September, though a sudden rainy day in Ashwin is not rare. The sky stays dark from dawn, clouds hang low, and the sun does not appear at all. Roads turn muddy, lanes fill with water, and rickshaws charge double because so few of them come out. The day brings pleasure to some and hardship to others, and the difference is mostly money. Children are delighted: schools may close, and they run into the rain, sail paper boats and eat khichuri with hilsa at home. Farmers welcome it, because the rain fills their fields and saves the cost of irrigation. But a day labourer, a rickshaw puller or a street hawker earns nothing on such a day, and a family that eats from a daily wage goes hungry. Slum houses leak, and city drains overflow so that dirty water enters the streets. A rainy day is therefore beautiful to watch from a dry window and hard to live through outside one.

On a rainy day, we cannot go outside.
Days always take 'on' — on Monday, on a rainy day, on that morning.
It rains cats and dogs on a rainy day.

It is not enjoyable for everyone, and noticing that is exactly what lifts the answer.

Nature looks beautiful on a rainy day.
'Nature' takes no article in this sense, and the preposition is 'on'.
- Is this a descriptive or an argumentative paragraph?
- Descriptive. Marks come from vivid, specific detail rather than from causes and remedies, so spend your words on what is seen, heard and eaten.
- Can I write about my own experience?
- Yes, if the question says 'describe a rainy day you have experienced'. Otherwise keep it general, in the present tense.
- Should I mention khichuri and hilsa?
- Yes — it is a genuinely Bangladeshi detail and makes the paragraph feel observed rather than translated from a textbook.
- How do I end it well?
- With the contrast: beautiful from inside a dry room, hard for those who must work outside. A closing idea beats a closing summary.
