Goods arrive that do not match the picture, sizes are wrong and returns are argued about. Some sellers take advance payment and disappear, and one large company took money for orders it never delivered. Cash on delivery, checking the seller before paying and keeping the order message are ordinary protections that most buyers still ignore.
